Using the Powershare Voucher - use Pretax amount

I used the $2500 PowerShare voucher today for items from the store in the app. One of the items required use of the app instead of the web site. It was very easy and I am surprised it worked the first time since I got my voucher over six months ago when the electrician wanted 7k to install the PowerShare and a new panel but I wouldn’t be able to power my AC during the expensive hours of the day.

I got the total to over $2500 including tax and checked out but the voucher covered it all because they backed out sales tax when I applied the voucher. So the lesson here is to make sure the pretax amount is over $2500 if you don’t want to leave anything on the table.

I wanted the pump and spare tire for sure for off-roading. The rest is filler.
