Am disappointed though that there was not a quote on the debate by @JBee and @HaulingAss.

That's because it wasn't even a debate - it was stupid. Someone claiming it was illegal for Tesla to sell me a truck if I agreed not to re-sell it for a year. I don't like Aussies pretending I don't have the right, as an American, to enter into such agreements when I buy a product (or that the Tesla couldn't enforce the terms of the agreement.

Oddest thing was he refused to explain why it would be illegal, even though such agreements are common with high-demand vehicles.
