Are we locked into our original reservations?

Long story short I ordered a Dual motor with FSD back in 2019 on day 1. I now want a Cyberbeast. My question is how do I go about doing that? Keep my reservation and hope I get the option to upgrade when my time comes? Or should I just do a new reservation with the Cyberbeast?

I went and made another resv. and gave them another deposit ($250 this time).
Just in case of - well, with Tesla ya never know so, just in case they won’t let me downgrade to a $79,990 AWD when the time comes, then (depending what the Tri-motor CTs are reselling for at the time) I’d accept the Tri and resell it to get the AWD later.

People may have different interpretations. Mine is that we didn't "order" anything four years ago. Our pre-order was simply an expression of interest in a specific trim. When the configurator opens (probably at different times for different people based on their RN), we will have the option to select the actual trim regardless of what we expressed interest in 4 years ago.
