How far into 2023 reservations are we?

Congrats! Nothing for me yet rn1206 (Dec), but i also had reserved a cyberbeast if that makes any difference (less of them being made)

That may not matter because it’s just a “reversion” not the “configuration”…that’s what I am seeing. They know people may change when they are invited to order/configure. I hope that is the case because I reserved a Beast like you but am pretty sure I’m going to just go AWD

I read on the analysis of the orders on the spreadsheet that Cyberbeast take apox. 156 days from order date. It was very close.

I assume that 2023 reservation holders who pass on a FS invite will be waiting 2-3 years for a non-FS truck.

Tesla has tens of thousands of early reservation holders who passed on a FS truck and are patiently waiting for a non-FS Cybertruck.

I wish Tesla was more open about the specs and timelines of non foundation series. Why can’t they just allow people to place order on both FS and non FS at the same time? Those who need early will go with FS. Uncertainty and lack of insights on what’s going on are more annoying than waiting!

Wow, I can’t believe Grey & White delivery times are basically the same now. So basically if you pick white, you will get a VIN instantly. It’s already @ a SC waiting but grey is on a train somewhere inbound to your general vicinity or just about to come out of the factory in Texas. My mind is saying get Grey but realistically I’d probably get the white because I’m thirsty, ?

The Foundation Series take rate on late 2023 (and later) post-reveal reservations is likely much lower than the early reservation holders. As a late 2023 reservation maker, I had no intention of getting the Foundation Series; yet, now I have the ability to order one and get ahead of the non Foundation Series orders. I'm content waiting another year or two.

118 this week. 119 next week. 120 the following.

That's not how that works. That number mixes in code data (like when it was issued to the load plexing) plus all the other reservations Tesla is handling (including solar, Model Y, Plaid, etc.)

I wish Tesla was more open about the specs and timelines of non foundation series.

Because they can't know exactly what parts will be available when. That's why they don't like taking orders that are many months out; they become indebted to make a specific price point and configuration occur.

We'll just have to wait.
