There will always be people that don't take delivery for whatever reason then it becomes available to the next person.
Igs it appears you may not realize that their actually may be excess inventory.

Worst case is they get listed on the Tesla web site along with Plaid Model S and X. They sell, even if it takes a while.

Keep in mind, outside of us Internet forum fans most of America is barely waking up to Cybertruck. I'm sure what's left on lots will sell before year-end. That's probably exactly why they changed the line over for October production/deliveries so that any remaining 2024 Cybertruck Foundation Series have three months to sell, and sell they will.

I'd argue that FS is still a solid deal if someone is thinking of going with White, all-terrains, FSD and a few accessories with lifetime connectivity thrown in the mix. Worst case is Tesla can add on some limited free Supercharging - like 1 year - and that's that.

There is inventory though. I filled out a form and had a Tesla sales rep call me to ask if FSD to Cybertruck was actually possible.

They informed me they had inventory in Pennsylvania for the foundation series if I wanted to take delivery immediately.
This is tempting, how do I get ahold of a sales rep?
