Please just make it so that it covers the entire console. Padding is great but also I need to protect the actual console from my dogs’ paw/claws. Just about every cover on the market stops at the rear of the lid leaving the last part of the console over the rear screen completely unprotected - please don’t do that!

I just bought one on a sale and was disappointed at how smooth and rubbery it is. I would have not considered that to be something I cared about till it came.
I'm not worried about cushy, I'd love a TPE (or whatever) one that's the same material as the OEM all-weather floor mats, just less thick.
Covering both sections while allowing it to fully close would be a buy from me.
