Cause I like the perspective and viewing angle in the CT vs a typical rear view mirror. In a CT, I see what’s right behind the truck and the wide angle covers more area.

Did you mount the CT rearview camera to the roof or the bumper area? I went roof.
Agree I like the perspective but I still use the native backup cam to park.

Reread what I wrote. By digital rear view mirror, I meant having the rear view mirror on the center screen like a CT in a Model 3.

Got it. Sorry. Totally misread you. Love that perspective too. Just prefer it up top for “workflow” reasons I guess.
The 3 doesn’t have a digital rearview on the main screen? I didn’t know that.

For those of you who still have your mirror installed, is it because you have precious cargo in the back seats to monitor?

Otherwise your FOV improves even more if you remove it. Go ahead and rip that sucker off lol

I like to keep an eye on the backseat when giving rides to bikini babes to make sure they are staying safe and not hanging out the windows or spilling their drinks! ?
