When does $2500 voucher come?

I took delivery of a Beast on 6/10. I wasn’t eligible for PowerShare install because I’m renting, so I got a year of free supercharging. Then I got an $1100 voucher to “match the current value of the current PowerShare offering.” I don’t know if that’s supposed to add up to $2500 and that’s all I get or if there’s also a voucher coming for the install credit that I can’t use. As far as I can tell, I went from thinking I was getting $2500 of equipment and $4000 install credit to $1100 plus a year of supercharging that I can barely use.

I ordered 12/21/23 and took delivery in Mar,2024 and still havent received any voucher. Is this normal?

yeah. I am a little confused as well. I just got the $1100 voucher, and then went through my emails to make sure I didn't miss something. I feel like I lost a shell game.
I took delivery of my Beast 7/3, the only thing I have received is this $1100 voucher and Supercharging, related to the Powershare offer.
