When does $2500 voucher come?

Got my voucher yesterday (06/19). I took delivery on 05/30.

Bummer that it's still 'one time use'. The things I want are never in stock at the same time, haha!!

Haven't received my voucher yet, but looking forward to it.

Since the voucher is presently 1x use only, are you saying it's only for in-stock items? Can't order out-of-stock items and placed on backorder?

Kinda bummer if so.

Right, the terms of the voucher are:

Voucher can only be used once exclusively on Shop.Tesla.com. Any unused balance remaining after the transaction will be forfeited. Items purchased using this voucher cannot be returned, but may be exchanged within 30 days as long as it meets the return condition requirements detailed in Tesla Shop policies. The voucher cannot be reissued, transferred or redeemed for cash and is not valid towards the purchase of Tesla gift cards or alcohol.

And, currently, the Tesla shop doesn't support back-orders. So (unless Telsa relents) you have one shot to use the whole $2,500. If the stuff you want isn't in stock, you lose (or have to buy a whole bunch of beanies and sweatshirts, haha!!)

Someone suggested buying four Universal Wall Connectors and then selling them. You'd then have cash to spend as you'd like, haha!!

Im annoyed its a one time use. Like if you want the 115 sunshade, the remaining 2385 is gone! Not normal

That is just freaking ridiculous... They talk about being a tech company and they can't figure out how to bank credits for future purchases on their online store? Seems like a game to cheat people out of money if you ask me.

Has anyone with a Beast gotten it done yet? The beast is supposed to come with up to $4k in install credit as well...

Again as a new to Tesla owner, their reputation and customer experience seems to be a rollercoaster.

Amazing experience/tech in some areas and then "you gotta be kkdding me" with this voucher thing in other areas.

I have a beast and have only received the $2500 voucher. Took delivery on 7/1.

hoping the credit of $4000 for install is still there and someone else can attest.

I was going through the process of getting the power share installed, but it was just becoming a pain. And for $4000+ install I can get a propane bakcup instead without the hassle.
