Looking at Blizzak LT and Nokian Hakkapeliita LT3, in 275/65/20. I assume it’s a negligible efficiency difference between the two but read that Blizzak may be softer, though better on ice. I’ve also read Nokian may do better on dry pavement, not being as soft.

I have Blizzak on Subaru Ascent and Model 3, and they are awesome. Just haven’t tried Nokian yet.

Tesla’s wheel and winter tire package has Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac RTs. I’m in TX so I only need snow tires one or two days every other year or so. As you can imagine, most of us don’t bother with them.

I definitely would prefer to have winter tires in Montana. Duratrac just wouldn’t cut it.

I just receive mine 1 week ago, I’m from Québec Canada and the 4 season tire Duratrac is not good for us in the north. And we need real Winter tire (4 season when colder than 14* F don’t stay soft, it freeze and come hard… more slippery). I wait Blizzak but this tire is 1.4% smaller, now my question is because many electronics inside the truck, ca this tire size affect the proper operation of the truck?
