White seat covers from Elecfresh

I got the white seat covers from Amazon and have to say I like them. I have the white panels in my CTFS but didn't want white seats for the long run. So when I saw these, I took the "chance" on them. (I did get reimbursed by the manufacturer for the review on Amazon)

Install was a little complicated having never done this before. They include a little manual with pictures but the pictures and manual was like 7x7 inches. This is probably the biggest knock I have on this product.

If you follow their directions, then things work out well. For the front seats, I did raise the seats all the way so I could see underneath and find the hook points they suggest to use. And for the rears, those are really simple since the rear seats fold up making access very easy.

On the rears, the hardest part is getting the cover edges to fit in the seams provided in the seat backs. These are very tight and require some finesse, but once you get them in, the result is satisfying. I've already had multiple comments from people thinking they are OEM.

So far, heating through the covers is fine. I've never been impressed with the seat cooling in the CT, it feels lacking compared to my other cars, but at least the covers didn't make it any worse.

If you look at the first pic, you can see the edges are not fitted into the space between the seat and the plastic. In the second to last pic, you will see after the ends are pushed into the seams.

Also the last pic shows the rear seat, you can see how the fit/finish is once you get the edges into the seams. The rear seat took some muscle to get everything looking nice. They do provide a little plastic tool to help with this. I had another one as well to help open the spaces up while using the provided tool to push the edges in.

I received the black and white version of these, also as a tester for Elecfresh, and they do not disappoint. I have had many people come in to the truck and not even realize that they were seat covers. Most people think it comes from the factory like that. The covers fit like a glove and the leather quality and stitching are top notch. I am just super glad that I don't have to fuss about small spills and dirt stains permanently mucking up my truck. These covers wipe clean easily and are saving the factory seats. Plus I think it just brings the whole motif together, with the white trim matching the trucks OEM dash trim perfectly. See pics below.

I do think I should have gone with the black and white like you did, it's part of the reason why I didn't cover the front middle console and the rear middle in white. I wanted some black to break it up. But still happy.

I read many reviews where they claim the heating and cooling is not very effective even without seat covers (compared to model 3&y). Is it good with the extra seat covers on top?

Also, has anyone seen a tactical gray seat covers or tactical gray accented seat covers to match the cars interior?

The cooling is a bit anemic. I put the white covers on and surprisingly I didn't notice any change in the heating or cooling. I used Teslaunch and I know there was a dark color like a black, but I don't recall any trim.

With the covers, heatings seems fine so far. Just used it as it’s finally getting cold here. Cooling was never good in the CT, I never use it as I feel it’s more noise than function.
