I recall a while back hearing a rumor that the Cyberquad was being delayed until the CT battery extender was released (I'm not sure of the correlation or if that's even true). But, with that obviously not happening, do you all think we will ever see an actual Cyberquad like we saw in the CT launch? I know Tesla has a lot going on manufacturing wise, but- I sure would love to have this in the back of my truck.

Until then... i will settle for ASS and FSD 14. ✌🤙

There are no rumors of the Cyberquad ever coming, being developed, etc. The cyberquad for kids was the "product" released.

It was part of the unveiling, but that's about where it dies.

Correct, there are *currently* no rumors of Cyberquad... that, I am well aware of. Obviously the kids Cyberquad is not the same size as the one in launch, so I was specifically asking about the one we saw in launch presentation.

Thanks for confirming. I believed it to be dead as well.

I would assume that Tesla gave up on the full-sized Cyberquad long ago (although the toy "Cyberquad for Kids" may still be a viable product). As far as I can tell, the last time Tesla mentioned the Cyberquad was 4 years ago, in the 2021 shareholder meeting:
“The ATV is an interesting design challenge because ATVs are pretty dangerous,” Musk said at the October 7 annual Tesla shareholder meeting. “We want to make an ATV that is the least dangerous.”
Nothing since then. Maybe they decided that the potential liabilities just weren't worth it.

The Cybertruck and Cyberquad were announced in the same 2019 event. The prototype Cybertruck had a built-in tailgate ramp: you could put the tailgate down, extend the ramp, and drive the prototype Cyberquad straight into the bed (see 11:55 here). The combination of tailgate ramp plus Cyberquad was extremely cool. Unfortunately, the production Cybertruck lost the built-in tailgate ramp. Maybe the Cyberquad became a lot less cool when Tesla realized that you wouldn't be able to drive it straight up into the bed.

Thank you so much for the response. Very informative.

I have the same thoughts as others. Plus the bed of the prototype CT was 6.5’ so maybe the ATV won’t fit now. I doubt to ever see it, which sucks because that thing would’ve been cool.

Good point, I didn't even think about the scale drop from launch model. Yeah, may have been one of the most practical "accessories" for CT in my opinion. In California I can think of so many places I would have loved to just pull over and cruise on the quad, then charge in the back. Oh well, I guess we can't get everything we want.

Tesla doesn't manufacture it, but you can still order a cool Cyberquad-styled ATV that fits in the Cybertruck bed from here:
I WANT MY ATV!

What has four wheels and fits perfectly in the Cybertruck’s cargo bed? This guy! We’re the first company to make a replica of the included Cyberquad ...

We bought a Cyberquad for Kids last month. My grandaughter grew too tall to fit in her electric "Hummer for Kids." The weight limit is 150 lbs. so my wife rides it around the yard, too. Not me. No. For obvious reasons.

hahah yeah. I wish, at the very least, adults could ride around on that one... but I understand the intent of it.

Actually, I bought two of the cyber ATVs for kids and they have incredible batteries in them and they have a top speed that is acceptable. They are not the same as a full-size ATV but you can put two of them in the back and an adult can ride them. My grandkids ride them for at least 45 minutes straight with no issues. If they ever get the bigger size one which I 100% doubt I’ll be the first to get one. Any electric ATV right now that is well-made is very expensive. Even though the batteries are incredible if I was going to go someplace to use them extended, I would always buy one or two extra batteries and yes, they are expensive.

Cyberquad sounds cool, but I actually would prefer Tesla release a Cyberbike/ Tron bike. Sadly though I would think that energy densities of batteries would need to drastically improve before that becomes more feasible, Either that or they make it hot-swappable, but that would require having a supply of fresh packs at all charging stations which of course would be a logistical nightmare.

One can hope, someday ... 🤘 :p

Average 32 mile range, level 2 charging, made by one of the leaders in the industry, but I doubt it will fit in the Tesla truck. Most likely out the door price will be around 14k when you “build it” online. Better to be trailered then you won’t injure yourself getting it prepared to use it and of course you will want two of them. Not to far off of gas prices.
