I may not have a setting that controls window behavior, but I can’t figure out how to get them to auto lower or raise. Is there a secret?

When you say auto, what condition are you referring to? There is a setting that raises the windows automatically if they are down when you do walk away car lock. There is also an option to vent the windows from the app.

OK, Here is a scenario: I drive up to a gate that has key code entry, I want to lower the window to put the code in or key card. I don’t want to hold the down button until I can get my arm out to enter the code. Conversely, when done, I just want to tap the up button and the widow raises. Just like most modern cars.

It's a full pull/press to make it go all the way up or down

Right, however the full press or pull does not effect the operation. Maybe I have a bad switch?

Have you tried recalibrating them yet?

I don’t think a calibration is going to fix it, sounds like a switch issue. Does it work with any of the other switches on the other doors? you should feel two distinct clicks when pushing up or down.

Well, that was an obvious test, which I failed at. Yes, all the other switches function as they should, driver side is faulty. Thanks!

I would try the two wheel reset. It can't hurt.

When pushing or pulling the window switch, there is a detent that you'll feel if you press past it. That triggers the window to fully open / close without you having to hold the switch. Works just like all other vehicles.

Yes, all three other windows work as they should, the drivers window switch is not working.

Hmm, that's odd. I'd suggest trying the dual scroll wheel reset to see if that fixes it.

If not, a service appointment is what I'd do next.
