Windshield Sun Shade for Cybertruck?

I have a ceramic tint in the front. Works ok. But still get pretty hot inside in FL summer. I guess I am just going to be running the cabin overheat protection longer than anticipated.

I am looking for a shade to complement the tint, but have not found a decent choice in 2 years of ownership. Why is it so hard to make? Maybe there is just not enough desire in the market for someone to produce a choice at a decent price. This should be worth like $80 for a super duper premium with noise canceling options. Ah. See maybe the ANC comes with the shade

I don’t recommend the umbrella type as the stalk gets caught up behind the monitor. Only used it once. I subsequently bought this one. You can order online from Walmart.

They appear to be the same type,just sold by different third party vendors. First one appears to be lower price.

I got an umbrella type and it was scratching the windshield

It was also much larger than the picture indicates.

So I got a foldable one because I like the one for my Y performance.

It does not fold well and is unruly.

I don't have a Cybertruck yet but am researching. In my previous sedans I've always used this style. They are super convenient. They don't appear to offer a Cybertruck variant yet.

Hi @Jackalope ! have you gotten the windshield from walmart? Is it the size of a fridge . I am also looking for something that works well. I am in FL and the Miami Heat (not the team) is about to get going soon.

Huge and somewhat unwieldy to fold and unfold, but once it's in it fits pretty well. A handy zipper case for it as well, which much to my surprise I've been able to fit it back into twice now.

And most importantly for me, it does not interfere with Starlink! I have my Starlink mini on the dashboard, and even with this deployed over it, I'm still getting a good signal.

Pretty excited about that, as my main use case is for when I'm camping and want to cover the front windshield, but don't want to interfere with my internet access.

Cool. I actually got the basenor one from Amazon too. It’s a good buy and for a good price. Once you get the hang of it, folding it is not a big deal. And it fits below the rear seats so, it’s out of sight when you don’t need it.
