Wolfbox G900 Pro rearview mirror / dashcam review

I installed the Wolfbox G900 Pro mirror dash cam in a Tesla Cybertruck, this mirror was free to me, from Wolfbox to try out and find out if it would work with the Cybertrucks and it’s been an impressive upgrade. The 12-inch mirror display fits the truck’s futuristic interior nicely, and the large screen complements its wide windshield. The 4K front and 2.5K rear cameras deliver excellent daytime clarity, easily capturing license plates and road details. At night, the STARVIS 2 sensor helps produce bright, usable footage, though headlights can still cause glare on the rear camera.
Installation in the Cybertruck was compex thanks to 48v they give me all cables with fuses but nothing works … but I ended connecting to the usb memory flash in the glove compartment and I use a usb splitter I mounted the rear camera on the end of top of the roof by the tonneau cover for an unobstructed view, and the wide-angle to simulate the view of the original mirror,feed significantly improves visibility since the angled rear glass limits the stock mirror. Voice control and 5.8GHz Wi-Fi make locking clips and transferring footage convenient. The reflective mirror works acceptably when the display is off, though it’s darker than a standard mirror.
Overall, the G900 Pro pairs well with the Cybertruck: it enhances safety, modernizes the interior, and provides top-tier video coverage. Just be prepared to spend some time trying to hide all the wires but in the end I love the new mirror !
