Couldn’t get my truck to navigate home. Repeatedly told me “can’t find route”. Re-booted screen, tried everything. Then after it loaded, it wasn’t preconditioning battery for charge stop. Added a stop manually and then it wanted to take me to a charger a mile away when I was fully loaded. Had to end trip and recalculate several times.
No way to start a 700 mile road trip!

Also said “navigating without connectivity” for the first couple of hours though I had four bars on iPhone and premium connectivity.

seems better now, but now, but no clue what happened! Clouds? It was raining lightly.

I read that Tesla hire someone or a company to fix their navigation. Honestly, there’s been so many times I plug in a destination it would take the longest route. For the longest time I thought it was due to traffic but that wasn’t the case.

I’ve been getting “navigating without connectivity” as well even with 4 bars. What’s up with this?
