Sjohnson20 - I would call or text Tesla. I'm not sure we'd have ours today if we hadn't called in to check status. We were advised that texting is probably the best way to get ahold of them. Calling involved being on hold for a bit. Or stop down to your service center if you have time.

Is it wrong to call Tesla and check on the ETA? It's been 10 days since I got the VIN.

I received my VIN# 02/03, and picked it up 02/27. I would give it another week. Keep us posted!
