Things like what?Been hearing alot of weird stuff about Pure ppf lately.. a few red flags. For a look like this you can get the same with xpel stealth with a better 10 year warranty and a company that's been around for ages
I know the owners of the company personally, and the quality of the material and integrity of the business is top notch. I’m very curious as to what you’re referring to when you’re mentioning red flags.Been hearing alot of weird stuff about Pure ppf lately.. a few red flags. .... like what? My truck is currently getting Pure PPF installed by my good friends shop, and he only deals with high quality companies and products. He also sells Xpel and Suntek and said Pure PPF is just as good - if not better - than those other companies, and they offer a great selection of colors.Been hearing alot of weird stuff about Pure ppf lately.. a few red flags. This is exactly what I think it is. Either that or someone that was trying to get a “deal” or a “free wrap” and it didn’t work out, so now they’re bad mouthing the company publicly.I know those other companies would love bad info to spread on new competitors, so it could be that.
I'm not bad mouthing anybody I just said I heard a few things and to me it would be a red flag since I've heard it from multiple random people. Also, who knows what the REAL story is. There's 3 sides to every story. It could have been due to miscommunication or an issue we don't know about.
All I can say is I saw a post from a local shop who was one of the first to wrap a cybertruck using Pure ppf who had a negative experience recently with shipping and communication. I can also say another shop I know had difficulty with communication with the company. And I'll also say I reached out to the company and wanted to do a dedicated video featuring their products but when I mentioned to do a video comparing it to the competitors, they ghosted my ass.
Someone also called my main shop guy and told me to delete my last post which again... seemed kinda weird.
I honestly don't know why? The products seem good. I actually gave them my business and got my car wrapped with pure ppf and I think the quality and toughness is amazing. Video on that soon.
How long will it last? Nobody knows. The only thing I'm worried about is if there are issues before their 7 year warranty, will they have these communication problems in the future? I hope they improve their communication.
So to everyone out there.. I DO NOT HATE PURE PPF. Go with it if you want. Quality and toughness is actually really good based on my testing. I just HEARD negative things about them. And they have TONS of color options unlike anyone else.
Thats BS without posting more. just a rumor monger, go to FaceBook for that please.Been hearing alot of weird stuff about Pure ppf lately.. a few red flags. For a look like this you can get the same with xpel stealth with a better 10 year warranty and a company that's been around for ages
Thanks for the clarification! Glad it got sorted out!Chris, I apologize that we were unable to reach an agreement for a sponsorship to your Youtube Channel back in February. We truly did think a discounted roll in exchange for some content was sufficient but when you asked to get paid for the promotion otherwise you would include competing film brands in the video, we politely declined. An email dated back in February mentioning this (which you responded to) was sent. If you missed that and are considering it ghosting, please let me know and I will be happy to forward it again.
As for the communication issues, since you have confirmed our quality is not the problem here, you are most likely referring to an instagram post by an unhappy shop who by the way, has never done a PURE PPF vehicle and the first cybertruck they claimed to do in our film was a marketing move that started the partnership issues.
As you said, there are many sides to every story and we are working effortlessly to scale our team to overcome the hurdles and challenges faced as a new-er company that now stands at one of the top manufactures in just a short 6 months. We want to partner with only the most respectful shops and business owners who can appreciate and value our products.
Rest assure, we have been testing out our films for years and the launch of the brand was strategically timed with cybertruck delivers for obvious reasons.
We appreciate your business wrapping your own vehicle in our film and will always be around to assist, should you have any issues with the product.
The Future is Pure.
