There are so many great wrap choices, I'm afraid I might be paralyzed with choice once my CT is delivered, haha!!

Man I wonder how the ride is with the KO2s. When I looked into it, the only KO2 that would work for the truck was much stiffer than the stock tire. I have KO2s on my jeep and like them a lot there, but for CT you need an E1 tire which is 80psi for max load.

Even if you go 12.5 wide instead of the stock 285, now you're compromising on load index, getting an E2 tire (75psi max load), and your speed rating is now below the governed speed of the truck. And it's still stiffer than OEM.

I do wonder if the stiffness and width will make up for the softer compound in terms of range overall. stiffer and wider tire means less rolling resistance (was surprised to learn that until I read the explanation). I'm sure it's still worse than OEM, but by how much is the question. 20%? 50%?

I think that it's funny. Everyone wants their Cybertruck so that they can be seen in it.

Only to camouflage it.

I think they are proud of the sacrifice to our country and want to continue showing that pride with their vehicle, even if it sacrifices some celebrity status.

Looks like @denniscw was right behind it

Would love to see a range comparison between the 35" BFGoodrich KO2 tires - which I love on my FJ Cruiser (in 33") as compared to the Stock AT rubber on the CT.

It’s going to be worse. The CT has an EV specific tire. The BFGs are already well known to cause around 20% range loss with Rivians etc. Kind of all around pointless “upgrades” if you ask me. This thing will get a flat trying to escape the angry peasants of Silicon Valley and then they’ll just jump on his windshield and pull him out. More of a tech bro poser mobile than a functioning post-apocalyptic cruiser.

I once observed an entire team of valets (at the bottom of Michael Jordan’s driveway) disastrously trying to change a flat tire on a Range Rover (it fell off the jack) that they somehow flatted parking it between the house and the street. Running low sidewall off road rubber is an idiotic concept for imbeciles that have no idea how tires work.

Also, speaking of FJs I flatted my 33 BFGs in a parking lot when the inside sidewall developed a giant tear. So IME BFGs are good overall in many areas but not particularly great.

Are you trying to tie camouflage to the US Military? Hate to tell you most camo isn't military related.
And I see nothing that even suggest that it is intended to be a tribute truck.
