A nice summation of what the Cybertruck is and a bit of how it will evolve. It answers most if not all of my questions and steels my commitment to purchase. The only thing that will derail that commitment is an elongated ramp. Waiting 4 years is too much and 5 + years will be a deal breaker.

Re: at 20:30, "engineers say that this is the initial steering tuning, we'll flash update it later..." 😳

They need to land on steering tuning BEFORE they start delivering them. I guess it's fine for a small subset of Foundation Series buyers for input, but I don't want to have to remap my muscle memory more than once. I always hesitate any software update, be it for my computer, my phone, Excel... Anything!!! That goes double for steering, braking, cornering my car.

All three of these reviewers were fantastic... MKBHD has the best tech review channel on the planet, Jason C. is well-regarded (and obviously drinking the maintstream media kool-aid on Elon and Tesla... and still LOVED Cybertruck!), and of course Top Gear... Great video.

The ability to adjust to variable-ratio inputs when you have real-time feedback is quick and easy. If you think about it, you do this every time you get into a new vehicle to drive. I believe Tesla is ultimately allow the user to adjust on a sliding scale and have that saved with your profile. In terms of software updates... There's little blips here and there from Apple, Android, and Tesla, but at this point with their experience, early adoption of updates is a no-brainer.

But, at 19:39 you have a Top Gear automotive reviewer (who certainly is better at adapting to novel vehicles) say "we had two days. I COULDN'T get used to it..." This is more than just adapting to a new size steering wheel or steering ratio.

Yeah, I get that some folks will take a little while to adjust because steering ratio is a LOT different at slow speeds. Having driven almost everything with wheels, and ridden just about every type of motorcycle, quad, and dirt bike... I just ain't worried about it taking a whole lot to adjust to this... Granted, my wife might never get used to it - but she hates driving and doesn't like change when it comes to operating vehicles.

What might be an issue is going back to drive a traditional vehicle after adjusting to Cybertruck!!

Good video, although Jack Rix was trying to act like the 'attention' factor was a concern. If you're someone who cares too much about what other people think when you pull up, then you might be letting other people's sentiment control your choice of a vehicle. No vehicle of any type will cure that, as one is either willing to stand on their own decisions or sometimes they're not.

I think Marcus and Jason did a good job sharing their experience with the Cybertruck, while also factoring preconceptions of people who are peer-blinded or just not yet informed of what the Cybertruck brings.

Over time, as more Cybertrucks are seen on the roads it will be just like other unique styled vehicles that begin to draw less immediate attention, but still generate more interest and searches behind the scenes when people are seeing that the Cybertruck is purchased by more and more people. I think acceptance will slowly increase among the uninitiated, as the sightings of Cybertrucks become more of an everyday normal occurence.

For these reasons I think the Cybertruck will be a 'steady slow burner' as people continue to learn how solid the Cybertruck's strengths of performance, utility, technology, and low cost of ownership are. Test drives and butts in seats will also play a big part, as that is apparently what wowed Jason Camisa for his review.

Very nice to not have to worry about who you park next to. Not going to have door dents from careless other car door openings.
This was my number 2 reason for buying on Day 1.
CT is from another Space+Time. It literally 'FELL TO EARTH'
