I'm noticing 2 holes in the back. Maybe for electronics, maybe HVAC for #campmode. 3 child seat loops under the back window. Asymmetrical firewall means no right hand drive yet.

The holes might be for wires, having holes behind the seats and smack bang on where the tonneau cover sits just doesn't seem like a good design to me.

The location of the holes are still low enough for the rear window to roll down, so that's good for those who want Aircon in the vault

Well. This looks like a completely solid wall between the bed and the cabin. So much do pass through. Also, that rear window is small enough that if it does open, the only things passing through will be handheld items or smaller. Perhaps a doggy treat size thing.

Some encouraging but mixed intel in this photo:

across the top, the three black tabs, are mandated top tether anchors for attaching car seats - centered to headrests/seat centerline

that it provides for three is the good news

the rest I leave to specs and reviews, but, showing proportions of the three seats and approximating the main headrests:

This shot basically reveals where the tonneau roll stores

rearward of the cab bulkhead, there’s a space before a casting brace crosses the bed floor between the forwardmost portion of the wheel well. That creates, consistent with the patent location, a bed-width void between the cab bulkhead and the brace/wheelwell. The roll sits just lower than the bed floor height.

access for service really seems it must come from either removing the bed floor (accessing from above). The casting bits seem to preclude access from underneath, at least that would permit of removing the roll (to say nothing of needing to uninstall the pack).

We can't really see the underside, if there's access through the bottom.

Although, that's where the battery pack usually lives, so probably not.

Tonneau service most likely from the bed. The back wall molded plastic probably removes to reveal the cavity. On my Ridgeline, the bed walls all remove individually. I've had to do that to install an aftermarket back up camera in the tailgate. It's not hard but it takes a little while cause you usually have to remove a side panel, and a trim piece plus a roof cross piece to get at the back wall.
