New patented frp composite poptopper

I am working on prototypes on a few frp composite poptoppers. Took 2 years to get my patent and spent the last year fine tuning the details of my panels. The shape of the topper can be more angled in the front to fit the CT lines, these mainly will be used for trucks and vans.
Idea behind my design is a flat panel shell diy kit shipped like a king size bed
A friend of mine said do a quick rendering for me on a CT. Should weigh as shown about 250lbs.
Topper size 8.3 x 5 and hope around 4 feet to top of the cab. When popped total of just under 8 feet interior, to make the small space feel roomy.
If they ever do come out you might see one of these out in the wild.

Thanks been a long time researching and building. One of my protos has been to Baja down to Antartica so the panels are proven

Thanks. Will soon be building a 16 foot pod with this popup. 4 actuators synced with remote.
Fold down deck with fold out awning solar, around 15,000 watts of lifepos. Similar to a EC Exd popup as shown. Axles are built for the 4x4 conv. Billet T Case will be done in 5 weeks.
My core business keep me busy but finally making time for this up and coming project

Here is a render on the same clients toyo hiace but we are making a beach cruiser with bench seats. I wish we got these, very cool. I have an 07 fuso I will be doing a 4x4 conv and poptopper. Maybe gut it and call EV West to design a system ?

Will keep ya posted. Once I know the details and final dimensions. If there is a enough interest I will build a dimensioned bed or I could maybe 3d scan it.

After researching it looks like the bed length will be smaller than planned. My bed pops up to the ceiling using the same tech as the poptopper. The topper can extend in the rear total 8.3 ft. front to back and 5 ft wide, reg queen. Climb into the bed of the truck popup the bed to make room and gives you a few feet in the front to climb up into the bed, but the cushion would have to tilt up in the middle. Maybe a small couch is in the front. Popout windows could be added to the lower pod shell on each side. 12v linear acuators with a remote could also lift the popups.

Love the mounts, would be easy to mount lower pod and all storage on the side areas. Working on new rendering where the top is flush mounted with the roof and flush with the rear to keep the lines clean
