Heading out now!!
Made it to Littleton! Had to convince the Mrs to go dress shopping for my daughter at Park Meadows. About 15 away from the delivery center.

Now I just have to sit through trying on clothes

I remember when Park Meadows first opened. Is it still nice?

I took the family up to Denver to see the Cybertruck. It did not disappoint. The truck is just plain awesome! Let’s GO, I can’t wait to get it! Initial impressions, it looks better than the prototype at the Peterson museum (also commented by another person I talked too).
The staff was great and they let me go up high with my Insta360. But due to outside glare, inside glare, the trucks tinted windows and me being a total hack on using my camera the videos came out so so. But here are they are.
I can’t wait to go back on the 30th or the 1st when hopefully we can actually touch it and go inside.

Thanks for sharing!
The dash is absolutely HUGE when you look at it like that from overhead.

They don't allow selfie sticks at the Peterson, I got told off a couple of times, even though I didn't have it extended... :p

But it looks like you got as many looks with your 10ft selfie stick as the CT got!
I know the feeling. Apparently, on our trips I mastered the art of being the "center of attention" (the boys hated it) even if we were visiting the tourist greats, like the Grand Canyon etc... although mostly only a distraction for a few seconds it is noticeable, and of course all captured on the video. I think it's because the camera is disproportionally small in comparison to the stick, so many think you are just carrying around a long stick...when they do ask I just say "I'm trying to get better cell reception!" lol! When compacted it looks like a night stick, which you could probably use as that too.

PS re video quality, looks like there's some smudges on the lens, also the bitrate setting in the video seems fairly low, which probably doesn't help either. You need a fast SD card for that though because it's 5.7k. Export file settings is another bottleneck to chk for best results, I always use the Insta360 Studio on the PC for editing.

I use a setup something similar to this:

True on getting a lot of looks. My daughter just ran away when I started extending the stick ? Yes the quality sinks because I have two protective lenses on the cameras lenses, which do not work. The problem with the Insta360 is it has lenses on both sides so you just can’t set it down after use because it with rest on one of the lenses. I had to send it back once for a scratched lens.

Went to see the cybertruck today.:D
- The sales guy took my details and told me that they will contact me as soon as they have some information.
- Asked the guy who is in charge of the truck about the tail-gate ramp. The standard answer for everything was "we don't know" but he said "it could be an option but not sure."
- In the bed climate control - "we don't know"
- This music was literally playing in my head. Told the Tesla guy that he should play it on the store speakers if not Cybertruck audio system.

- Saw a scratch on the door ;)

Yeah lens cover adds heaps of artifacts and I couldn't get any at all to work, the lens have to be like that for 360 coverage though. Best option I found and use is to add this alu frame including the separate lens cover. I don't bother with the bag like this at all, just have a screen protector, this frame around it and then just take the small lens cover off for filming with the naked lenses, and put the cover in my pocket. Super fast and easy to use. Plus the frame takes all the stress out of the selfie stick screw mount in the X3 which likes to bend and flex, resulting in water proofing problems, or worse case a broken camera. Also that frame mounts a mic/light etc setup, and can be used for external suction mounts. You can leave the frame on all the time without it adding bulk, and can still swap batteries etc.
