A lot of the included accessories will have to be installed later at the nearest service center, I think it's due to their availability.

Possibly but the website states “available in 2024” (or something similar) for accessories that are not yet available.

perhaps the “celebrity” version of foundation series do not get the bonus lightbar…

Maybe he thinks the lightbar looks goofy and aftermarket-ish. Maybe Elon's Eye will see this and do something about that janky-ass thing.

unlikely. He’s not that sharp

and besides other “VIP/celeb” foundation editions have been spotted and none had the light bar so personal preference is not the answer.
