"It's not about the size of your crumple zone, it's about how you use it.

When in a high-speed collision, Cybertruck’s front underbody casting is designed to break into small pieces. This helps reduce occupant impact by absorbing & dispensing energy."

The cabin looks well protected, and I think it's great they have a clear floor at the point of impact so they can use cameras to see how the chassis and crumple zones perform from underneath.

so if the F150 crash video was only 10 sec long then you'd call f150 and CT same?

Very scientific conclusion you have come to with seeing just 2 sec of CT crash video.. hideous.

The F150 is 3/4th the weight of CT

The F150 is 95% the weight of the CT...
There's only 373 lbs. difference. At least, according to a quick internet search.

Gross weight accounts for vehicle plus passengers and cargo, so not an apple to apples comparison. We should look at a comparison of the Lightning vs CT instead.

It is really interesting how the wheels on the CT break away and roll back. This can obviously help dissipate energy. An artifact of the steering system?
