There is zero language about selling your reservation in the purchase agreement

The 50k penalty is if you re-sold the actual car before giving Tesla first right of refusal

Tesla will go after bath faith actors

Thats what I was under the impression, 12 month freeze if you buy the vehicle, all hands off for the reservation number as the bank would be the true owner for 6-7 years.

It looks like they might go through the whole list to see who bites on the FS upcharge, before going through again with normal orders. Until it's confirmed they stop taking FS orders, the only scalper worth paying is Tesla directly.

Just need to wait a year from delivery date to sell it or enter c-ownership. It's part of the online process steps when you get the invite.

You have multiple attorneys? I have not read the purchase agreement because I have not been invited to order but I have read the reservation agreement and it is pretty clear that it is non transferable. Did your attorneys skip that document? From a layman’s point of view it seems that between the reservation agreement and the purchase agreement there isn’t any legal wiggle room.

Theres dozen for sale on ebay fyi, seems it is auite common to sell the reservation with no issues.

You can use the SOLD filter to see what sold on ebay.
