Probably 2-3 yrs if you… baby it….In regards to your question about care and maintenance, one of the manager's replies are "As long as you keep it inside, you will be good."
Well, not everyone has a garage to keep it in, so it will be outside all the time...
Concerns me a bit about getting a wrap...
Well then, I am going to say 1-2 years then. lolProbably 2-3 yrs if you… baby it….
He mentioned to me off camera that if you are able to garage the vehicle it will help to extend the life of the wrap. If stored outside then the wrap won’t last as long. He didn’t recommend a wrap for non garaged vehicles. Unless you’re ok with rewrapping the vehicle often. In regards to your question about care and maintenance, one of the manager's replies are "As long as you keep it inside, you will be good."

In speaking to multiple shops here’s a rough estimate of what everyone is charging. Not asking what your specific arrangement with them was or what kind of deal you worked out for their publicity. But, say I was gonna walk in off the street and do exactly what you did can you just guess what I’d be paying, $6000? $10,000? I’m looking for a base line ball park for when I do the same thing with tint and wrap. I’m in NJ so don’t tell me to call this wrap shop
edit: most importantly yours look amazing I’ll use the video to show a local place what I want in terms of both tint and wrap! Genuinely what a starting point from you in terms of price so I know what’s reasonable or unreasonable when I get my first quote.
Yes perfect, and thank you! I’m thinking of a black “carbon fiber” look and tinted just like yours. In speaking to multiple shops here’s a rough estimate of what everyone is charging.
vinyl wrap - $5000-6000
Tint w/o windshield - $400-600
Windshield - $650-800
I spoke to 4 different shops.
Hope this help.
The least they could have done is ghost the logo.Put that tint shop logo on my truck and catch these hands
What is going on with the front edge of that drivers door?Wrap is 3M 2080 Brushed Black Metallic vinyl.
15% tint installed on the front windows. The factory rear window tint was 22.9% so we add 50% tint to get as close to the 15% tint that we put on the front windows. The windshield is 50%.
I guess you've never been pulled over for that Ca "window tinting" law? ( I was, had to remove what was legal in Colorado). The factory tint was 22.9% on the rear windows so we add 50% tint to get as close to the 15% that we put on the front windows. The windshield is 50%. Great question and thanks for the watch
