Heck, you just need one person because if you refer someone and they do a do a demo drive (by the end of March), you get 10X, or 100K referral credits for that one person. Yeah you could easily go down to the Tesla Showroom and talk to people who are there to test drive a vehicle and "work something out with them" for a relatively cheep price to go straight to the front of the line.

This is literally saying you'd walk down to the showroom, and work for Tesla, then complaining that that would get them an advantage?

No evidence...other than slashing production and massive price cuts. WTF are you talking about? Ford dropped Mach E prices $8100 today. That means if you had bought one last week you'd have lost 46% on the deal if you tried to sell it back to the dealer today. That's a problem.

Non-Tesla EV's in the Central Valley in California are just sitting on lots around me. Take a short drive and you can get anything you want.

The problem is many makes, like the Mach-E, have no federal tax credits right now. People are also waiting for NACS to come on their new vehicles as well. Here in California, many rebates are on hold and will never come back. The last problem is that for the money, Tesla is really hard to beat price wise right now.
