does that mean do they reached the cap of foundation series?

since the delivery date is 2024 for AWD.

the good part is it is refundable $250. So I ordered one just in case.

You could not order that before, now you can. Of course configuration will come after foundation series production is over. Since it states 2024 delivery, i am assuming in a few months we will get the configuration email.

Interesting, I must have missed that for sure. Either way, my surprise is how can they promise 2024 delivery for AWD while they are still producing 100k version.

Well the difference i am trying to understand was clearly this page was always there, but why it was non-refundable $100 to order vs changed to $250 refundable. I am not making this up. I have both Foundation series with VIN waiting for delivery date and non-foundation series orders in.

This reservation page has been available like this since delivery day in November.

I cannot explain why Tesla chose to say "delivery in 2024", or why they changed the reservation price to $250, but there is zero chance a reservation placed today will be delivered in 2024.
