Nobody knows for sure, but the theory is that they'll continue to offer the FS to people until they stop getting takers, and then they'll circle back and offer the regular edition to people who didn't bite on the FS. I feel pretty confident saying that you won't get yours if 2024 if you pass though.

yeah i really wonder how long they'll offer FS, sure are lots of theories. i think i have a few weeks to decide?

I could be wrong but I think that people who got the FS invite in December and did not act on it still have the invite available in the app. In which case you have as long as you want to decide, until they close orders for the FS

I was thinking about this... Would it make sense to stop FS when/if they change the production line to another dedicated trim production? IE- right now, they are focused on AWD, but they will still have a lot of Beast and RWD FS's to get through. My thought was, if they switch to focusing on Beast trim productions they would have probably stopped AWD productions until the NON FS builds, maybe that would be the stop point of FS?

That said, I can't recall if RWD is even an option for FS.

There was no RWD option for the FS. However the AWD and Beast versions of the FS differ only in the motors and the lightbar, so I doubt it is some huge deal to switch production between them since literally all of the other parts are the same.

Thanks, I couldn't recall about RWD, but that does make sense.

Yea, I understand all that, but- I am sure logistically speaking they only have what they need for the current builds. The Beast has 2 Perm Magnet Motors and an induction motor, which would be a lot of HW to have ready and staged by the assembly line.

Oh, are Washington orders not being prioritized for delivery? I haven't been paying attention to deliveries yet.

I ran some numbers on the Owners Registry database and I found the following:

Average Time from Order to Delivery:

Ordered First Week of December: 56 days
Ordered Second Week of December: 66 days
Ordered Third Week of December: 58 days

This seems pretty consistent at roughly 60 days from order to delivery. Therefore I would not at all be surprised to see February orders getting delivered in April.
