My credit offer expired, I immediately re applied and now it just says approval pending. When I first applied for credit 67 days ago I was approved within minutes. Should I be concerned . Also everything is screwed up on the balance sheet and credit application because they already withdrew my final payment 60 days ago and the system can’t seem to deal with that situation in the credit application.

I had to re-apply as mine expired after 60 days, but was approved right away. I waited till I got VIN before I re-applied the second time. I had paid my balance in full as well when I applied the first time. I had no issues like you are reporting as far as the balance sheet.

I figured out the issue with the balance showing me an initially confusing -26k owed. It just didn’t pre populate the 30k down payment it reset to the default 4k. All good just some quick confusion. And now the credit app was approved after the overnight.

If you look at the owners tracker on this site, you can see what it is at various weeks - but so far it’s slowly creeping up to as much as 81+ days from order to delivery. VIN issue date is not being tracked.

What has been the waiting time after you get the notice saying you are waiting for Vin number.

How many days has it been since the first order date, Dec 9th? AFAIK, they are still fulfilling some 1st order day orders.

Order date to VIN date currently really makes little sense. So far it has stretched from 1 month to at least 2 months.

as of today69 like most of I reserved mine 11/21/2019 and to watch all these others jumping ahead sucks. I have been driving Tesla's since 2015 and right now I have a 2016S and my wife loves it and will not let me trade it in and I drive a 2022X Plaid. I also have a 26.8kw solar with 3 Power Walls installed last year and is not producing the energy it is supposed to. Keep contacting Tesla Energy and so far, no help. with all that I still in the Tesla Camp. Most of us a Tesla Loyal but unfortunately, I think it's one sided, Oh! this is my second home with Tesla Solar/Power Walls OH! I have Starlink

As a 11/21 reservation, you are actually pretty far down the list. Your order date is after mine. At this point, I believe that they are working on the first two batches of invites, which are CA and TX.

You are correct. But if you go by the reservation numbers, they did pass a lot of us over to do TX, CA and VIPs and Social Media influencers.

The app tells you to complete your delivery steps ASAP to not delay delivery. It doesn't say the loan downpayment will immediately be withdrawn. It doesn't tell you to wait until a VIN is assigned to apply. It just says do the thing now, and then they (tesla) aren't smart enough to not run it through until the appropriate time.

Given how hard it is to contact anyone who knows anything at tesla, this is strictly a tesla issue. Not an end user issue. They should not have the app say to finish pre delivery steps asap, if that's not the correct thing to do.

This is my exact complaint with Tesla. Their customer experience is terrible and you have Tesla apologists that will come after you for raising the issue.

My cyberbeast will most likely be my only Tesla.
