Do not understand the comment. If everyone is in the partnership, all would have equal access per agreement. I'm I missing something?
Video says the deal is for 30 days use at a time. That would mean that for half the investors they are paying $12k for the ability to use the truck 6 - 12 months from now. The 6 people prior would not only run the milage up and deprecation down, but also have the truck during the most novelty period. Let’s say “investor” #5 wrecks the car and it’s a 30 day repair time (probably generous on repair time), where does that leave the others? There are a ton of things that could likely go wrong here, but the last one I will mention is that 12th investor, by the time he gets his 30 days that $12k would have been better suited on a down payment on their own non FS version that maybe available.

The devil is in the details and the personalities of the partners. But there is no doubt that the “Sharing Economy” is here to stay. There are lovers and detractors of AirBNB, Uber, Freedom Boat Club, NetJets, etc. No one can deny that it is trending. But, not for everyone. Robotaxi sounds like a better solution, but alas, it looks like Tesla will not open that potential cash cow to Tesla owners.
