How many People have Ordered in December and Still dont have a VIN?

I configured 12/21, Colorado. Jan-Mar delivery and still no VIN. Rep told me looking at mid April for employees who confirmed same time along with mine. Hope I get it before end of April for our roadtrip back to Indiana for graduation for our niece….

I ordered a Cyberbeast 12/9, got my VIN 3/18 and I pick it up 3/20. So it was a 3.5 month wait, plus or minus 4 years.

And it's a CyberBeast! A rare CyberTruck indeed!! Congratulations!!

ordered 1/1/24 when it came, it came fast an furious... VIN last sunday night at 930pm... no way to pay, or buyers order, then today 36hrs later, they call and want me to pick up tomorrow! I haven't even been able to pay for it. So today im scrambling to get them paid via me and my credit union, get the insurance card they required, and sign and send back all their docs... (i go on vacation thurs morning) they said if i cant pick up tomorrow, i go back on the list for delivery.... BS

WoW!! What the heck?? I would think you would get a couple weeks to close at least? Your the 1st person I've seen talk about this.

To add insult to injury, just saw a truck loaded with 4 cybers pull up to the Bend Service center yesterday to unload 2 and take the others on to Portland! haha. Still waiting...

There are indeed Stores and Galleries as well as Service Centers and Body Shops.
I believe that the also have Delivery Centers,

But not all Service Centers are Stores. And not all Stores are Service or Delivery Centers.
It may be possible that all Delivery Centers are Service centers, but I'm not sure of that.

There are quite a few mall type operations that are Stores and Galleries.

Thank you for the clarification. I was indeed at a Tesla store I suppose located in the Lennox Mall, downtown Atlanta. Thanks for the map of Tesla locations around Alabama. As you can see, Alabama does not allow Tesla to have a storefront of any kind in the state.

Dan, you are abit confused. What your did in June of 2021 was reserve a spot on the list to order a CyberTruck. The first opportunity to reserve a CyberTruck happened in November of 2019. In that first hour after the reservation link became active, I'm sure there were more than 100,000 reservations made. The first people to reserve a spot in line to order are the ones invited to order their CyberTruck in December 2023. You are still far behind in the que to be invited to order a CyberTruck. How far back in line? I have no idea.

Hmmm, I never received anything from Tesla to do anything else. I also went onto my account on Tesla and see my reservation number. I click on EVERYTHING on my account at Tesla and cannot do anything else.

You didn't do anything wrong. Just waited much longer to reserve a spot which puts you far back in line. I was a reservation number 112787 which was about 40,000 customer in line according to reservation number. I placed my reservation within 5 minutes of the link going live. You waited months. Puts you pretty far back. If you own 500 shares of Tesla you should do that program and jump the reservation line directly to order line.

To give you some perspective, I reserved second day RN11288xxx and got my invite to order on FEB 22. As many have said your best bet is to go the shareholder program route. By the way what are the first 5 digits of your reservation?

If you look at the orders graph, there were more cars ordered in December than January February, February and March combined. Delivery was very slow in December and January production has picked up since then. I think once they’re beyond the December and first week of January orders things are going to move real fast.
