I was contacted by an electrician about two weeks ago and he came by to give me a quote for powershare. He said people normally got their vehicle pretty quick after Tesla reaches out to him.

Well, two weeks after the electrician visit and no VIN

Model 3 rollout was bad, northeast we didnt get model 3 delivered for 6 or 7 months after it starrted rolling out, and we had prior owner priority. The ramp was faster then CT is. so its very possible it will be much worse then Model 3 rollout.

Did model 3 has the "limited edition" allowed you to skip the line by then?

Thank you for the clarification. I was indeed at a Tesla store I suppose located in the Lennox Mall, downtown Atlanta. Thanks for the map of Tesla locations around Alabama. As you can see, Alabama does not allow Tesla to have a storefront of any kind in the state.

My wife stood in line at the Lenox store for 3 hours to get a reservation for our Model 3. No online reservations in those days.

Hmmm, I never received anything from Tesla to do anything else. I also went onto my account on Tesla and see my reservation number. I click on EVERYTHING on my account at Tesla and cannot do anything else.

Since I submitted my order, back in 2021, and gave them money (can't remember how much, maybe $250), it says that I was to select my options (I selected the 3 motor version). It states it will "invite me to complete the configuration of your Vehicle". That's what I'm waiting for, I figure it will be years from now, since, according to this website, I am 1,001,000th in line.

I also called Tesla today, and they said not to worry. What did I do wrong?

I hate to be the bearer of the news, but you may never get the opportunity to order the Foundation Series. You basically got your reservation behind a few million other people.
The question is going to be which year that you will get your Cybertruck, 2025, 2026, or 2027.
Yes, with production expected to be around 125,000/year starting next year, I think that you can do the math.

Foundation Series orders, so far, only seem to be for reservations in the first week.

I live in Alabama. No Tesla stores here. PickUp is Brandon, Mississippi.

How many days since order with no VIN number?

I am now at 81 days with only 12 days left in the month of March for delivery.

Based on all the data this site and others have, seems like if you ordered the BEAST, you're going to be a while. If you ordered an AWD, you're probably within weeks (few) of getting a VIN and then no more than 14 days after that for your CT..

But really, lets be honest - I'm a dumbass and really have no real clue LOL.

I waited line for my Model 3. The only line skip was for current Model S and X owners. They also made them faster. My Jan 2018 Model 3 was 10,000 VIN and my Aug 2018 Model 3 (ordered in June) was at 40,000 VIN. Tesla was pumping them out fast.
