Ah ha! I was down there yesterday to try and grab my plates and saw that there were two down there ready for delivery (almost apparently… Haha)

95 days and still no VIN ?. But this is the last week in March so maybe there's still hope for a Jan-Mar delivery? ?

Next week is spring break for our kids so I'm hoping we can take delivery before we leave... with my luck the call will come when we're out of the country!

I only saw one in the lot. The guy that helped us with delivery said they're storing them in a building in the back because people keep touching them and taking pictures.

Last time I went down to the PG center to ask, they wouldn’t even talk to me about it. They just kept saying check back in the summer. It is beyond frustrating, but that’s kind of what we signed up for. Back I. 2017 with my model 3, they at least said, “we don’t know”.

Finally saw a Cybertruck IRL this morning while dropping my kid off at school. Guess I won't be the first parent at Clayton with a Cybertruck!

CT looks unreal amongst the other cars. Makes me even more excited to get mine! Today is day 100 since configuration and I'm still waiting on the VIN. My hopes that Tesla would deliver in the stated Jan-Mar timeframe have been dashed ?. Maybe next week? ?

Hey Jared I’m around the corner from Clayton MS, great to hear there’s another one in the neighborhood! Guess it’s you, me, and @DumpsterFire around here, not sure if any other CTOC lurkers in our neighborhood of SLC?

Sorry I didn’t see your plea for weekend delivery financing earlier, would’ve told you the delivery guys pressured me same but in the end were flexible, pushed delivery back by ~5 days to accommodate my travel schedule.

I’ve had mine for ~2 weeks but busy with trips, finally took it to Targhee for my kids ski race. Love the truck, tho sometimes choose one of our other cars if I know I need to move through errands quickly…it attracts so much attention (and a wide spectrum of responses from joy to WTH, to ?, ?) . It’s a sociopolitical Rorschach test, and I’ve have been fascinated to see how responses diverge from normal tribal lines.

But I prefer to drive it over the MS and Rivian.

Cool! Yeah, the delivery people were pushy trying to get everything done by end of q1 but we were able to figure it out. We ended up applying for financing so I could get the truck last Saturday. I paid off the loan on Monday and Tuesday (the max they allowed me to pay was $75k each day) so it ended up costing around $65 in interest.

Anyway, we got back from our trip yesterday and have been having a blast just driving it around. The kids are excited to be dropped off at school (Clayton and East) on Monday in their new truck! Still getting used to maneuvering such a large vehicle, especially backing into our narrow driveway. Hoping we get some sort of parking beeps in the future (or even better, auto park)!

I went by the PGSC this afternoon. They have five new CT’s to get ready to deliver and one Beast. I hope one is mine. They look nice though. It was mentioned in this thread that the SC was planning to keep them indoors to keep them out of sight from people like me. So maybe they have more stashed away somewhere. Good luck everyone.
