Hi all,
I reside in Georgia and received my VIN last month; however, the delivery address was incorrect and showed Ft Myers, FL. Tesla texted me and said they needed to cancel the VIN and reissue a new one. On 3/29, I received an email that my order was cancelled (without my authorization) and a refund of $100 was issued (not including my $1000 order cost). Does anyone have a phone number or email to escalate? They have not responded to my texts since last correspondence.
