I don't care about the badging. I actually plan to wrap it and doubt anyone will see it.

The FS-CB comes with the powershare and the light bar which I believe comes with a significant savings over purchasing independently.
It sounds to me like you haven’t added up the costs of accessories that come with the FS. I did yesterday and it is about even for the FS and NonFS AWD. The FS beast no longer gets the break on PowerShare installation and the credit for the PowerShare equipment is the same for the AWD and Beast and I factored that into my calculation. That means thee tra $20K is going for the light bar, more or less. I doubt it is worth anywhere near that much. Do the calculation yourself and then decide.

I did respomd on vacation. I told them i was out of town and that the system showed zero available dates for pick up. That's when they canceled my reservation.

If that's true, FS has zero benefit unless one really wants the word foundation laser engraved on the truck. That's not a selling point for me. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have anything etched on the steel.

So oddly enough, I just got a text and email asking me to submit my paperwork to finish the financing on the CT. The truck is absent from my app, but exists on my website profile saying the cancellation has been requested.

If you wanted powershare, that definitely hurts. With the $4k credit, that's how a FS Beast was cheaper than the current non-FS offering. I think even if you found a FS on a lot now, the $4k credit will be impossible to get.
Yeah, $4k credit was only Beasts ordered before May 23...

I had an early reservation, and finally, my number came up. I configured my truck, paid my grand, and waited. By the time my vehicle was ready, I had moved states, then the dark interior came out, then I moved again, and my name came up, but I was on vacation, so I ignored it. My number came up again, but I was still out on vacation, but I went to schedule my date anyway, and none were available. So I texted Tesla. Somewhere in the conversation, I mentioned I wasn't in the state (because im on vacation), so the operator responded that I obviously had no intention of picking up the truck in the new state and I wasn't a resident, and before I could even respond, I received notice that Tesla canceled my reservation. So on vacation, I drive an hour to the local dealership, and they basically tell me it's my fault if I want the truck to put in another order (I'm not even complaining about the $1000 I just threw away). So I hop on the site to put a new order in, and the FS is gone.

Now I'm really frustrated.
Is there any way of fixing this?
Let me clarify, you placed 2 orders and didn't pick either up? I'm not talking reservations, I'm talking orders. i.e. the trucks were sitting at the delivery center waiting on you!

What would you have done if your customer did that to you?

Tesla is absolutely correct; it is your fault. The subjects of vacations/trips were discussed on this forum multiple times and the results were pretty much the same, you lose it unless you find a sympathetic delivery center to hold it for a few extra days.

Twice? Well....

The above critiques are not wrong, you were not responding promptly as required.

And while I’m not privy to your full interaction with Tesla, I’m appalled that they would act unilaterally against you when you were making an effort to work things out.
Being timely is a factor.

No, I got a message saying, "Your truck is ready. Please select a date." I attempted to do so, but there were no dates available, so I messaged asking for guidance. That conversation led to Tesla canceling my order because I was attempting to pick up the vehicle in my new state, and she didn't believe I had moved.

That's because your truck was where it was. That's where it is to be picked up. Tesla just can't make an entry change in the computer and viola, it appears in the new state.

Do you know how many people were willing to go across the country to pickup their Cybertruck in Austin? If there was an option to do so, I'd dare say that maybe 10,000 people would have done so.

You're exactly right. My brother lived about 10 miles from Austin and I tried to use his address. But they (Tesla) wouldn't let me pick it up there, because I tried to register it in Michigan where I live. They would only allow 3 or 4 states near Michigan to have it delivered to. I ended up just changing my address to Michigan and they shipped it normally to my Michigan service center.

The Foundation series will have the highest quality of materials for it's initial run.

Historically, Tesla always tends to use less quality but adequate materials over time to lower costs, that's what they do with every model until it's refresh.

You misunderstand. The truck was located where I wanted to pick it up. The agent just didn't care. Because I had recently moved to the state they thought I was ineligible to buy the car in the state and canceled my order.
