Received my email to build my Cybertruck: How long now until delivery?

Interesting, this is the first I’ve seen that Tesla has associated an actual month with their “late 2024” claim for the Cyberbeast. Anyone else get a response like this?

definitely not. It's actually unlike Tesla to do that bc that puts them on the hook for a specific time, instead of vaguely saying "Cybertruck will be delivered later 2024", which gives a significant cushion and some plausible deniability.

I don’t wanna call OP a liar. If he said October then surely they told him October. Obviously wouldn’t recommend holding Tesla to their word but at least now we kind of have an idea of what “late 2024” means. If they’re aiming for an end of Q3/beginning of Q4 delivery for the beasts it seems they plan on switching to full beast production in Q3 so knock all those orders out. That’s at least what I hope. However if they continue to produce like 5 beasts for ever 100 awds then I don’t see October as being realistic. These are just my thoughts.

It gives me hope seeing the 1130 series of reservations getting called. I'm 1133 so, maybe another 4 months to get to mine.

They are only on 1127 for Beasts... I am 11285, configured 1/23, still no VIN.

Yeah not saying anyone is. Just saying I haven’t been seeing any April invitees talk about the timeframe they received for their trucks. So for now I guess this is the newest info we have to go by.

Once the order is placed, time frames disappear.

I do not unfortunately. When I first had to choose what model I wanted, it gave me the expected delivery date. The two motor being in April and the one I chose being in October of 24. From there, you just go through the process of selecting your options. I cant go back and restart to screenshot since I have already selected and completed the process through the financing portal. Wish I could, since its obviously a screenshot all would like to see or confirm. However, I know what I saw and read.

I'm not really saying that you are wrong, but in the excitement of ordering we tend to forget the details sometimes.

I'm going to suggest that "April" may have actually been "April-July"
This is what many people have been seeing.


And that October may have been 4th quarter or October-December
I really haven't heard of any Beast dates that aren't something like later in 2024.

Nobody is being forced to order Foundation Series, it's the only option in production. You have the option to wait.

So I’m not being “ forced “ to order it but if I want to keep my spot in line and not be skipped to the next person then I “ have to “ order foundation series is that correct?

During the reveal, did you or anybody else know or hear anything about this “ foundation series “ trim level/ option? How about in the 4 years it took to make it into production?

When we all put down our $100 reservation deposit was it ever stated that the foundation series was going to be 20k , the only “ trim “ being made in the first year and you get to skip ti the front of the line if you purchase such trim?

These are all very simple yes or no questions
