Well, I looked around where it was found-front floor area and did not see any. I'm assuming it's for something under the seats or dash-don't want those squeaks and rattles!

It looks unused (if you push the center part in, it bends the outer part out). If so, bonus piece from factory.

Nahh, not at all! I just would like to see where it COULD Go so I could push it in….IF one is even missing! I’m DEF not going to be pulling anything apart to discover anything!!!

I found a bag of those clips in my CB the day I picked up my truck. I asked the checkout guy about them and he just shook his head saying I have no idea what they are for. No wonder they can’t get the lights right.
