Yet, everybody knows what these other people are doing wholeheartedly. With certitude!!! Why no endless discussion about whether what they’re doing is just throwing their hearts out to the crowd? Don’t we need to know if they’re neurodivergent before we can tell what they’ve actually done? If not, WHY not?

Did you see any of these people also snap their heels? Why do all the excuses and explanations only apply to one dude?

One dude, by the way who very shortly after this very specific gesture (twice) spoke passionately to Germans about how they need to get over their past guilt. What does that mean? From “never forget” to hurry up and get over it? Why?

Again, the likelihood of someone even an autistic person unintentionally (twice), spontaneously doing something that coincidentally looks like a well-known unnatural hand gesture is nearly NIL. Further while some autistic people have involuntary muscle twitches (the physical equivalent of Tourette’s) this is not that. This was voluntary. We have footage of the exact same man actually extending his heart to the audience and he knows exactly how to communicate that sentiment. That’s not what he was doing. People who know him well have been clear that that isn’t what he was doing. I’ve cited it before, I’m not going to do it again. Don’t ask.

What this is, is the exact equivalent of Cartman pretending to have Tourette’s/“ASSBURGERS.” Except, this was decided not funny, despite all the jokes and memes offered after the fact.

So, people are “unchecked” because they are just reporting the facts. Facts just exist. No one, including you will ever know what’s in this man’s heart. More importantly, it’s an wholly irrelevant metric to determine what he did physically.

At best, it’s a distinction without meaning. If I was awkwardly trying to punch a fly, missed and hit somebody in the mouth knocking their tooth out what I was trying to do doesn’t fucking mean anything. I probably owe them an apology (at least) wouldn’t you think? Of course you would!!!

Anybody believing this lady that she was just trying to handover the baton? No! They charged her with fucking assault! Why? What was in her heart? ?

On and on and on we go trying to explain the inexplicable. It is what it is. It’ll never be other than that.
Dude if you can't tell what is in someone's heart from their actions or words, then how can you say it was the way that you said it was and not the opposite? Wouldn't the same rule apply what you say?

You can only express what is in your "heart" by what you say and what you do.

You see what you want to see and you try to manifest your world view through what you say and do.

But like all of us, you do not consist of only your own individual and "original" traits, ideas or behaviours. You are not as original as you think you are. You are a part of the culture you are exposed to from birth and by your programming by your family, friends and peers.

You are the person you have been programmed to be.

Just like the "Roman Salute" is actually Italian, not German in heritage, and that Mussolini was the primary German ally in WW2 (until they changed sides after they lost against the Allies), and that Hitler was an Austrian not a German at all (in fact born into the Austro-Hungarian Empire pre WW1). The political uprising in Germany was to support the "Third Holy Roman Empire" and was also supported by the Catholic church. (link to search) Look up the Russian Bolshevik Revolution (and genocide) and the persecution of Christianity and how the Italian/Germans feared that might happen in their country as well at the time, which lead to the extreme conditions rife for war. Sadly similar to now. Or how Eugenics was an American idea implemented in the US first and only later adopted elsewhere.

This is not to justify anyone of any side. It is only to highlight that the simplistic name calling does not make for a nuanced discussion of the actual facts of what is, was or wasn't. Ignoring the historical significance of who was involved in the beginning of the conflict and why, leads to biases that can't be disregarded, if any pursuit of the truth is genuinely sought. Consequently, interpreting hand signals is just a false flag to perpetuate more name calling, but not a solution to any problem.

So if we are going to claim what was or wasn't done, maybe we should at least know what it actually was and what it actually means? At a minimum we should then go to the origin of where we can agree it came into existence? (and at that point maybe blame it on the Romans instead? :p)

One can only act on what one knows, but if one acts without knowledge, one acts as a fool.

Likewise being German, I can well comment on just how engrained the guilt is in the German people and culture and how detrimental it is, and this is not because the Germans are weak or unable to comprehend that the current post WW generation are NOT to blame for their forefathers actions, nor what they were mostly forced to do contrary to their beliefs, or their poor knowledge of the situation, rather it is because the Allies and in particular the Americans crushed the German nations identity to ensure they were so broken and separated they would not rise up again as "one people", by inserting the US culture forcefully into theirs, in an invasion of ideology. Germany for all intents and purposes is still under US occupation, both mentally and physically, look at the division and number of government parties, to the point that you can't even get more than 30% of the people to agree on something. We didn't even get "unmodified" "German" history in school until the wall fell. Your country does not share the same his-story, or culture, or freedoms, be they ideological or real.

Now you could try to justify this given the dominate version of history presented since the Allies "won" that conflict, (the victor writes history after all) but you cannot justify saying so if you truly believe that your American Constitution should form the basis of human rights and government worldwide. (which I agree would be a good starting point)

That is a two tier approach. One rule for me, but another for thee?
Or don't you believe in your own constitution anymore?
Lets at least play on a level playing field.

The real reason for the war amongst other things (banks/MIC) had little to do with what you thought your country was fighting for. In fact the US was happily supplying both sides of the conflict for years (through Switzerland) to make money and dig yourself out of the Great Depression (after your banks collapsed) and only ended up taking a side after Pearl Harbour. Not much has changed, with Europe at it again with the US industrial support for profit, in light of your redonkulous deficit along with other fiat nations, that is crushing the world economy with debt, inflation and dilution of private wealth. Lets not masquerade around who is fighting for freedom, without knowing what freedom actually is.

Reality is you only have the freedom to do what you can afford to do.
If you can't allocate time or resources to sustain yourself, it won't take long until you can do nothing. This is existential.

One thing is for sure, nothing will change if it goes on like it has before.

And on that note I'll repeat what I said here previously:

"Lies cannot be sustained by the natural world, they naturally make themselves extinct as they have no basis in reality."

Simply, a lie cannot be proven with facts.

The question for all of us is to resolve just how deep and meaningful this opportunity to change the world for the better could be, or if we are content on making the same mistakes contributing to the loss of so many lives on so many levels, by giving up our freedoms based on the truth in reality, and instead adopt the fallacy of disillusioned but familiar "freedoms", "comforts" and "security" by continuing to lie to ourselves and others, that how it is, is "good enough".

As they say: The truth will set you free. :)

ArmorCode's X account has a vanilla pinned tweet that says they are aware of the alleged incident, and it is in the hands of the authorities. So, it would seem that if Jim goes to jail for 5 years he will probably get fired, but if he gets a slap on the wrist then the company doesn't deem it important and are washing their hands of the matter.
