I just bought a new Model Y. I am so impressed by FSD and Tesla that I am willing to sell my beloved Lightning and get a CT. I don't need the free supercharging. I just want the AWD, $7500 Federal credit , $99 FSD subscription and 0% for 60 months.

We might see that in Q3 but there is a risk all deals may go away once Tesla stabilizes supply and demand. For example, if it reaches S/X volumes long term, which I think it will, they typically don’t offer promo APR on those vehicles. I look at Tesla-Info and it looks like inventory is starting to drop but I expect it will continue to drop through the month, that being said it has a long way to go to even reach end of Q1 inventory numbers.

CT's FSD isn't as good as MY though. I just tested one last weekend. Way smoother.

My zip is showing 95 2024 demonstrator units. I feel these units will be getting significant incentives/discounts soon. A $2k discount isn’t going to move many units.

A $1/mile is not worth the wear and tear from people trying it out on a vehicle at this price IMO, it would need to be at least double that or more for me.

All FS AWD have been gone but FS Beasts are now all gone near me too or at least not listed.

In order to get 0% APR I believe you have to get FSD outright which is 8k or 7k if you had an early reservation. You might want to check that.

I had an early reservation ( around 50,000) but I cancelled it after I bought my Ford Lightning. Wish buying the FSD outright didn't kick total over maximum to get $7500 Federal credit.

It doesn't. FSD or software doesn’t go to the tax credit cap. Only installed components.

AWD FS showing up in LA Zip codes now. Previously was sold out.
Still no FS AWD or Beasts deliverable for my zip but I would say they are likely moving the ones that have been sitting in lower demand areas to higher demand areas. The ones in my area yesterday that did show for a really short time, including the one I ordered, showed in transit. I tried to check LA zip codes but didn’t see any show up.

Wow. So I can get this deal and the $7500 fed credit as long as I purchase FSD outright? The only thing I will miss out on is the free supercharging and connectivity? Would those have been transferable to a new owner of I sold the CT?

Connectivity probably, supercharging no I don’t believe so. If you want the white interior and the wheel upgrade the FS becomes a better deal IMO.

Bummer dude. I held on to my res until now. Our grand plan was to make an early res in 2020, and wait until my daughter who was 11 was ready to drive. I was also scared that FSD pricing would increase a lot (it’s been as high as 15k). I was always going to buy it outright because subscriptions on something I own seems weird. I’m actually surprised that my 7k pricing is still valid!
