Wind noise driver door + window

hi guys , hoping someone can help / suggest ideas on how to go about fixing this:

Ive had the truck at Tesla SC for a week now and they have not be able to solve the issue - There is wind coming through the gap in between the fender and driver door marked in the image -

They started by taping off the whole left side door + windows and narrowed it down to this section on multiple drives with me and finally figured out this is where the air enters and comes up through the DRIVER window and sounds like an air leak. Its very audible at even 50kph but anything over its loud and annoying to drive in.

They tried adjusting the door + windows - tighter fit, realingment, etc and no luck. They have escalated it internally. Its been a week and I feel they might not be able to get a resolution soon. Any ideas from experienced owners of how I can DIY a solution here? Add weather stripping? Add foam strips on the inside where the door meets so it can block the air from coming in, etc?

Had this since February. There is a vibration and that a rumbling noise when >65 that rattles my knee and is much worse on windy days. They simply said not reproducible both times. I reproduce it daily.

I had this issue. Tesla fixed it during a SC visit. It went away and never came back.

DO you have the service notes from that visit? Would be really helpful to me. Tesla has been with my truck for 10 days with no luck. They have tried everything and now just waiting for engineers to respond to them with other options - If you dont have the notes, do you have your VIN? You can DM it to me and Tesla can pull up service history from it and fix my issue. REALLY would be helping me out. Appreciate it & Thank you!

Same problem here. They had it all week “not reproducible.” My mirror shakes so much on driver side that the cars behind me bounce all over the road when I do a head check for lane change. Doesn’t move at all on passenger side.

I also have a shaky mirron so they replaced it for me in this service but I am not able to take it back and test it. Will test it on Monday (June 23) when I go into the Service Center

Bang on the door panel. If it vibrates and makes a bad sound it needs a new door.

My issue was vibrating when shutting the door as someone mentioned. I didn’t have any wind coming inside, but I did have that noise on my side mirrors there.

I have a 24 beast, they ended up having to replace both front doors due to the bad seals in there. Seems somewhat common that the adhesive on some of these panels failed.
