From video, it looks a little more bent than cosmetic. One criteria is dents need to be under 15 mm.

The fact this truck was marketed as off road capable, yet cant support the weight of the truck when high-centered is a huge miss. When I defined the damage as cosmetic, I meant nothing was "broken". Yes, there's a dent (unsure if it exceeds 15mm). It's actually been a few months since that video was filmed, and there are no issues with the battery pack. Tesla's issue with installing the OEM armor was not the screenshots you provided of the dent, but the bent flange down the centerline. They absolutely could have installed it without any issues, but decided to try and upsell me instead, which cost them a sale of the armor package.

For anyone that's previously off roaded their CT and damaged the underside, Tesla would not install the Armor for me (even though my "damage" was only cosmetic). They told me I'd have to purchase a new battery pack. I've got CyberTruckCo's armor, with their rock sliders (which alsos serve as a step) on order, and will update how that goes. I'm no "influencer", but I did make a video about the damage I got, which can be viewed here:
Looks like the “Hill of Life”.

I ended up ordering mine through the local service center since the app kept telling me it wasn’t compatible with the vehicles in my account.

Slider option now for truck build date options. Sales should be open to non-fs now.

Posted a thread on this but just realized this was a post on this one. How do you know when your truck was built to select this?

The sticker in the driver's side door jamb has the month/year build date.

I think it will automatically tell you when you click on the tab. See how it says it’s not compatible with mine.

FYI: Beware ordering this part through the service center - it’s quite an upcharge (5k+ vs 3,500). When I called to inquire about the price difference they were just as confused as to why that was The case. They got back to me after investigating further and said it was either because that’s the actual cost (!) or that it may be because of extra labor associated with my particular VIN (Nov/2024 build date). They advised ordering from the shop on the app to lock in the $3,500 price. Anyone have a similar experience?

Well it seems like they are prepping for the Christmas party at your expense. The service centers are company owned so there should not be a markup. I bought the suede dash from a service center and they charged me the part cost in the catalogue. No markup...

The cost of the individual pieces is more than the combo price which includes installation .
Pack: $1,900
Rocker: $2,000 (pair)
So already $3,900, plus there are a lot more pieces needed.
