This will be stellar! We've waited so long for this and with the CyberBeast/Trucks it will be a welcome addition!
Yes, having parity with all other modern (much less expensive) Teslas will be … great.

Whenever, eventually, at some point down the road they get around to considering making that happen. Hurray. 😐

Live in rural Texas here. 2 issues with deer on our very dark streets where we have a TON of them every night:

1. It doesn't slow/react to deer currently, even when lit up and halfway in street. I have to take over quick.

2. Half the time on our streets FSD fails because it's too dark, and gives error message that one or more of the side cameras are obstructive, although it's just dark. Ridiculous on that front so makes FSD unusable when could really use it at times.
I got the camera obstructed warnings on my 2018 Model 3, but FSD still worked fine. Does your CT's FSD stop working?

Some footage of FSD 14.1 doing some things. Posted by @teslarati

Here, Tesla Full Self-Driving v14.1 searched for a parking space at the grocery store. It did one loop, navigating safely through pedestrians and carts before it decided this spot was good enough for me. This truly will take the stress out of parking at busy stores

Super cool thing Tesla FSD v14.1 did: it proceeded thru this intersection to turn left, but the light had gone to red before the turn could be completed. It put itself in reverse and backed up to the “Stop Here on Red” sign/line. Didn’t proceed at a red or impede others.

LOL! You can always insert whatever lame ass milktoast words you like. You can’t really argue with the way things have progressed. “Hype — Stall — Lag” if you prefer, but that is precisely what has happened. Those are just different less vivid words for malaise and redheaded stepchild.

The CT has hit its peak popularity for now. If it ever gains any traction, it will be in hindsight like the DeLorean. After getting a good view of what was going on with sales and reception I said, fairly early on, it was going to be like the Edsel, and now it’s clear that it will be. It’s a fine car, far ahead of its time, it just isn’t going to get the respect that it deserves and it’s not going to ever make it to the main branch.

Nobody’s coming to save the CT. Those of us who love it have done all that we can do. Some going to absurd lengths of buying freaking three of them! A much larger contingent have purchased two! The choir is committed! No one else is.

There will forever be a group of people who are hostile to it and see it as a rolling joke and there will be those of us who know how incredible it always was/is.

Now, KNEEL before your “queen” (he/him though).
It’s “them”😂

I get the take over immediately red hands most nights.
That seems out of the ordinary to me. I'd take that in to see if one of the cams is not working properly. You can go into the service menu and take a look at the alerts to see which camera is being flagged. If it's the same one each time, then maybe that's the bad one.

Darkness is an expected side-effect of nighttime. I've never had FSD tell me it was "too dark", so I suspect you have a camera issue that needs addressing.
