Normal install look magnetic cantrails?

Making sure I installed these correctly. I've installed wraps (as much as I hate it). I've tried to install and move these multiple times and this is the best I can get. I tried on both our cybertrucks too. I have one w/o the rail exhcnage and one with the rail exchange. Tried to send pics to vendor but for some reason its a no go (gmail maybe). If I move them more centered it throws off the angle at the peak or on the ends.

I purchased the same thing and had the same results as you. About 1/4 inch of stainless exposed in some spots. Not cut edge to edge.

That's about what I have. 1/4 in about 30% of the spots. No matter how much I adjust.

Since these pieces are slender, there is actually a little bit of stretch to them when warm. Try gently heating it with a hairdryer or a heat gun at no more than 160 degrees, then gently pull the pieces closer to the edges and see if you can get better coverage. When we install these in the Las Vegas heat, there is a lot of play to make them fit pretty well. Colder temperatures make them stiff and rigid, and that rigidity can be easily mistaken for a bad fit.

We are circling back with our production team for their suggestions on this!

It is a gloss back vinyl. Nothing is painted on. The streaks in the photo may be handling marks or scuffs. This is how they're supposed to look.
