I’m posting to see if others have experienced similar issues with their Cybertruck — particularly the CyberBeast variant — and to share my situation.
My Vehicle:
- CyberBeast (Tri-motor)
- Delivered: Early October
- Location: PA
- Picked up from Warminster Tesla Service Center Nov 15 after repair
Since delivery, I’ve had persistent air suspension problems, including:
- Compressor starts right away even when warmed and takes 3-5 min to raise from entry to high.
- Compressor overheating after just 2–3 suspension height changes
- Constant cycling between front and rear suspension during raising/lowering, as opposed to a unified raise
- Compressor activating within seconds of lift starting, suggesting the reservoir is not being used properly
- “Gallery Pressure” reads 1.0 bar even after raising and compressor stopped, when pressure should remain in the system if sealed (Service Mode)
- Peak Pressure is 9 Bars
- Service screen warning: “Front Right Spring Losing Pressure – Possible Leak”
- Latest video shows system struggling to fill before compressor overheats again
- Previously replaced compressor and manifold — still having problems
- Replaced compressor and manifold
- Admitted nitrogen tank wasn’t filled properly to correct pressure initially — said the site lacked the correct equipment
- Suggested I was “pushing the system too hard” by raising/lowering 3x in a row even though this norm for other vehicles with air suspension
- FTS (Field Technical Specialist) involved — no resolution yet implied it was related to nitrogen recharge
- Still no diagnostic logs or clear test results shared despite multiple requests
- Have any of you experienced similar symptoms — especially rapid compressor engagement, gallery pressure drops, or suspension cycling front-to-back during lifts?
- Any insight from other service centers?
- are your vehicles experiencing difficulties when they have a bed full material say 1000 pounds
- Is this a broader design or software calibration issue with the air suspension system?
Thanks in advance — happy to share videos or screenshots if helpful.
