It really is a great looking rack. Can you please tell us a little more about the hitch step situation there? No more Polycarbonate! Finally received the updated glass window for the rear hatch!
The polycarbonate looked good at first, but even with the countersunk hardware it would still crack over time.
Urander is very welcome to customer feedback, the glass panel is the icing on the cake!

It’s the Heininger Twistep Dog Step for Pick-up TrucksIt really is a great looking rack. Can you please tell us a little more about the hitch step situation there?
That would be super handy for kids too. Hmmm. It’s the Heininger Twistep Dog Step for Pick-up Trucks
I have 3 dogs, St Bernard, Husky and a Maltese Terrier. The step is super helpful for them to get into the bed of the truck. I had one of those foldable stairs for them, but if the floor isn’t level, it is a bit wobbly.
The downsides is I have to use a 2” drop receiver so that the step can fold under the bumper “diaper”.
The other is remembering to raise the truck to “high” when backing into a parking space so that the step doesn’t hit the curb. But once you start saving the height location you wouldn’t have to worry about it.
On the other hand, the wife loves it since she doesn’t have to try to jump onto the tailgate or use a step ladder to reach into the bed.
