Worked last night. Just got home an hour ago. I’m not even on “backup call” today which is a new concept to me. My new partners like me enough they are willing to pay me not to turn my phone off.

Seriosuly though, at least for the x, most of the twitchiness is gone. Speed is manageable by the driver. The indecisiveness wasn’t.

All the indecisiveness is back though. At least it is for me. Mine isn’t just slower, it acts scared of everything and makes easy turns slow as Christmas again. So backward progress maybe.

Maybe it’s geography? Anyone else in Arizona concur with this? It’s just perplexing.It drove me to work and back last night and this morning and every complaint I had on that route seemed resolved.

Could be, I suppose. Idk, they got me upset with this one. Like actually physically angry with them. Not just a “well, it’ll get better.” It already was better. It was damn near perfect.

They took that away in an instant. Now my truck sucks at driving. Like an unsafe, unsatisfactory, unusable level of suck. If they’d do actual release notes on the changes instead of their half ass copy/paste maybe we could make an informed decision.

Whoever oversaw 14.2 should be fired. If it was the same person who oversaw 14.1.7, he clearly had a mental breakdown and should be fired and admitted to a psych ward.

The way I see it, the changes you’re describing are the natural evolution of a new project. You start with an idealistic vision of how it should work and then, once you start doing it you understand realities you might not have considered at the drawing board. Specifically, the things that make people complain and/or potentially leave you exposed legally. Then you fuck with your vision some to correct those problems and it likely takes some time to fully smooth that effect.

I’m glad yours is tolerable. Mine is very much not. I’m at 99% use right now but tomorrow I’m switching to TACC indefinitely.

I would be relieved if something happened to my truck internally and made it just suck. Then it could be fixed. Nothing that I know of, though.
