I’ve heard as much. Never had a cavity, didn’t need braces. Don’t wear any glasses or contacts either and still have 20/20 vision in my mid 30s. I’m either a freak of nature or I’m gonna spiral downward at any second lol

Yes, I had to do that during covid. It's impossible to work all day with one of those. I actually wear a regular mask now and a welding helmet that looks like Darth Vader. During covid we were forced to do so and I never realized how much shit I get splashed in the face with all day so we just kept it.
