Hello everyone,
Yesterday I had a new set of OEM A/Ts installed by Tesla. I have a FS AWD with a 05/2024 build date.
I was provided a loaner and was given an AWD with a 01/2025 build date. The loaner had the core wheels, A/S, and only about 2k miles.
The throttle mapping/response on the loaner was noticeably different - in a good way - than my FS AWD.
Much more āTesla likeā ā¦like what we have in our 2020 Model Yās. Very quick to come on and more āeffortlessā if Iām making sense. Not that my FS AWD isnāt quick off the line and all that, but the loaner was better.
Anyone else have this experience? Iām wondering if itās the A/T vs the A/S??
Iām tempted to create a service ticket for it, haha!!
BTW: Hats off to the West Covina SC. Theyāre the best.
And really happy I was able to use up the rest of my FS credits before they expired today, haha!!
